Peiwen Apartments is located in Lane 96, Xing'an Road, Ruijin Second Road Street, Huangpu District. Originally named “Bearn Apartments”, it was designed by Lai'an Foreign Company, invested by the French International Savings Association, and constructed by the Sino French Construction Factory. Xiangfu FU has reorganized this century old apartment, preserving its unique original layout - a fully symmetrical butterfly shaped layout that unfolds on both sides of the central axis, maintaining a charming octagonal old steel window shape, and restoring the original flooring with a retro texture to preserve the imprints of historical accumulation. At the same time, giving new life and color to the space, using a warm brown base and cleverly matching bare roofs, screws, and cave stone tiles, the primitive beauty is vividly displayed. Through modern techniques, adding a jade island platform with intertwined light and shadow, and a well-defined washroom with clear functional areas, it has become the best living space for modern people.
The EE650 empty bathtub selected for the bathroom has simple lines and a suitable size of 1.6 meters. It is like a piece of white jade embedded in a retro mural, adding a modern aesthetic to the bathroom and bringing a unique visual impact.
Looking through the window, the north-south viaduct on one side is the prosperity of the city, the Yongye Building on the other side is the heritage of the city, the elegant old houses on the one side, and the modern city on the other side. It seems that the city's dynamic and static, history and modern blend here.
